Henry is mentioned for the last time

1259

A priest of Rubene called Henry is mentioned in a manuscript from 1259, where he is a witness to a border quarrel.

The document says that Henry is a very old man and thus his hearing has to come about soon.

Historians are quite sure that this is our chronicler, who by that time must have been more than 70 years old. It is very likely, that he died soon after this record, but there is no information about this.
